Kolkata: The Prayas Foundation organized a spectacular cultural programme on 19th May,'23 at G.D.BIRLA SABHAGHAR in aid of the special children of Prayas. PAS foundation has been created by Avirup Sengupta, Sayantan Das and Papri Jain for the cause of the society.
This cultural programme was based on the story of Radha (Played by Rituparna Sengupta) and Meera (Played by Ananya Chatterjee) along with Shri Krishna (Played by Avirup Sengupta).
The story will depict the love and devotion of Radha and Meera respectively towards Krishna.
Concept by SAYANTAN DAS & PAPRI JAIN. One of the members of this Foundation Mr. Avirup Sengupta will himself be played the character of Krishna on stage. He, along with Smt. Rituparna Sengupta and Ananya Chatterjee was seen playing those trio on stage on that very day. Also, the choreography by renowned choreographer AVIRUP SENGUPTA. Music direction by eminent singer Riddhi Bandhopadhay. The name of this beautifully woven story, as we had decided, was be KRISHNA-MADHURI.
This was for the first time two national award winners Rituparna Sengupta and Ananya Chatterjee was be shared the stage together.
