The Runway Story is scheduled to take place in the mid of Jan

The poster launch of ‘The Runway Story’ (Where Fashion makes the story) was held on 29^th of December at the Floatel, Kolkata. This fashion show which will be held in the mid of January aims to give opportunity and a platform to young talented designers to showcase their designs. In the festive mood with 2021 knocking in the doors people gathered in the wintry evening to be a part of the grand poster launch of ‘The Runway Story’ an initiative by Angela Event and Project Sia at the iconic location at Floatel, Kolkata overlooking the Ganges river. ‘The Runway Story’ will be held in the mid of January and will showcase a lot of designs by designers with renowned celebrities walking the ramp. The show aims at giving a platform to young talented designers so that they can come forward to exhibit their designs.

Actor and Café owner Sayantani Guhathakurta was  present to unveil the poster.  'Runway story is being launched where they will be giving a big platform to new designers. This is a very good initiative taken by Angela Events and I wish them all the very best. We actors have worn dresses, done shows of so many good designers and I'm looking forward to do the same for the new talented designers.' said Sayantani Guhathakurta Actor and model Ratasree who was also present commented, '  After a so long time I'm really happy to see such a good initiative taking place and I really feel honoured to be present today. We as artists needed a platform in the initial days of our career, it's really good that Angela has organised this initiative for aspiring designers. '

  The other guests of the evening were comprised of model Lopamudra Mandal, singer Lajbonti Roy, actor Dipanjan Basak and Payel Mukherjee who enjoyed the festive season with rest of the guests present. 'Runway story is a fashion show where we are giving emerging fashion designers to showcase their designs. In future we will give them a platform in different spheres so that they get more works. The new talents will get to work with renowned artists too. ' said Angela. The Runway story featuring some of the top design labels and faces is scheduled to take place in Kolkata in mid of January.
